REL works with verified jewelry retailers, wholesalers, and online jewelry businesses purchasing inventory for resale. We do not sell directly to consumers.
Can I see pricing without an account?
Yes. Pricing is shown on every product, no login required. Questions about an order? Contact our sales team.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimums. Order one piece or a hundred, and mix any styles, widths, and lengths.
Are product weights exact?
Weights shown are estimates. We confirm inventory and actual weights, and your final order total is confirmed on your invoice.
How is 14K gold priced?
Gold pricing, weights, availability, and customer requirements can change daily. Our sales team provides qualified retailers with current information, relevant selections, and accurate purchasing details.
What payment methods do you accept?
Wire transfer (domestic & international), ACH, Zelle, and credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). A 3.5% processing fee applies to all credit and debit card payments.
How do orders ship?
Orders ship overnight from New York, fully insured and signature required upon delivery.
