How We Ship
Full Insurance: Every package, Ground or Overnight, is insured for its full wholesale value from our door to yours. No additional insurance purchase required.
Signature Required: All shipments require a signature on delivery. Please ensure someone is available at the shipping address during business hours.
Processing Time: Orders ship by the shipping method selected at checkout after payment is confirmed.
Shipping Origin: All orders ship from 20 West 47th Street, Suite 901, New York, NY 10036 — in the heart of the New York City Diamond District.
Shipping Costs
Free Insured Overnight Shipping on orders of $1,000 or more. Orders under $1,000 choose Ground Shipping ($15) or Insured Overnight Shipping ($35) at checkout.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order total. There are no hidden handling fees — what you see at checkout is what you pay.

- Transit Time: Ground typically 3–5 business days; Insured Overnight next business day
- Signature: Required on every package

Exchanges
We accept exchanges only — no refunds. Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Contact our wholesale desk to arrange an exchange.
Backorders
If you would like an out-of-stock item placed on backorder, please note it in the order notes at checkout and our wholesale desk will follow up.
