REL International Inc. ("we", "us", "our") operates a wholesale-only online store (the "Site"), powered by Shopify. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect information when you visit the Site, place an order, or contact us.

By using the Site or placing an order, you acknowledge the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide When You Place an Order

• Contact details: your name, business name, email address, phone number, billing address, and shipping address.
• Order details: the products, lengths, quantities, and any notes you include with your order.
• Account information: if you create an account, your login details, preferences, and settings.
• Communications: information you include when you contact us by email, phone, or WhatsApp.

1.2 Payment Information

Card payments are processed through Shopify Payments at checkout. Payment card information is handled by Shopify and its payment processors; we do not store full card numbers. If you pay by bank wire or Zelle, we receive the transaction details needed to match your payment to your order.

1.3 Information Collected Automatically

We and Shopify automatically collect information about your device and how you use the Site, such as your browser type, device type, IP address, and pages visited, through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies. See Section 4 for how we use these technologies for analytics and advertising.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To process your payments and fulfill and ship your orders, including communicating shipping updates.
• To process exchanges and replacements.
• To verify that buyers are wholesale businesses and to prevent fraud.
• To respond to your inquiries and provide customer support.
• To maintain records required for tax, accounting, and regulatory compliance.
• To communicate with you about your orders and relevant product updates.
• To understand how visitors use the Site and to show and measure our ads (see Section 4).

3. How We Share Your Information

We share your information only as necessary to operate our business:

• Shopify: the Site is hosted by Shopify, which collects and processes personal information about your access to and use of the Site, including payment processing through Shopify Payments. Shopify may process your information in countries other than where you reside. To learn more, see the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy.
• Shipping carriers: when you place an order, we share your shipping address and contact information with the carrier (UPS or FedEx) to deliver your package.
• Analytics and advertising partners: we may share limited device, browsing, and event data (such as pages viewed and purchases made) with analytics and advertising partners such as Google and Meta through cookies and pixels, as described in Section 4.
• Legal compliance: we may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government regulation, or to protect our rights.

4. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising

We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies on the Site to keep the Site working, remember your preferences, understand how visitors use the Site, and measure the performance of our marketing. We may run advertising on platforms such as Google and Meta (Facebook and Instagram). These partners may place their own cookies and pixels on the Site to collect information about your device and your activity on the Site (for example, pages viewed, items added to cart, and purchases) so that we can show you relevant ads on other websites and apps and measure whether those ads work.

We may share limited data with advertising partners, which may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, or "targeted advertising," under some U.S. state privacy laws. We do not sell your information for money, and you can opt out at any time.

How to Opt Out

• Your Privacy Choices: use our Your Privacy Choices page to opt out of the sale or sharing of your information for targeted advertising.
• Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as an opt-out request for that browser.
• Browser settings: most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Blocking some cookies may affect how the Site works.
• Google: manage ad personalization at Google Ads Settings, and learn how Google uses data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
• Meta: manage your ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings at facebook.com/adpreferences.
• Industry tools: you can also opt out of interest-based ads from participating companies at optout.aboutads.info and networkadvertising.org/choices.

Opting out does not mean you will stop seeing ads; the ads you see may simply be less relevant. Opt-outs set through cookies apply only to the browser and device you use.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your order information is stored on Shopify's platform and is accessible only to authorized personnel of REL International Inc.

While we implement reasonable security measures, no method of transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain order records for as long as needed to provide our services, for record-keeping and legal compliance purposes, and to resolve disputes. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at wholesale@relintlny.com.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of your information, subject to legal retention obligations.
• Receive a copy of your information (portability).
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of your information for targeted advertising, where applicable, using our Your Privacy Choices page. We treat a Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out request for that browser.
• Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time, including by using the unsubscribe link in our emails.

We may need to verify your identity before processing your request, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. If you have a complaint, contact us first; you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

8. Children's Privacy

This Site is intended exclusively for business-to-business wholesale transactions. It is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
