Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns. All sales are final.

Exchanges only: if you need a different size, length or style, contact us on WhatsApp at +1 212-382-2035 or email wholesale@relintlny.com with your order number to arrange an exchange.

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition: unworn, not engraved or altered. Special orders are not eligible for exchange.

Exchange shipping: the buyer pays to ship items back to us, and we pay to ship the replacement.

Damaged or defective items: please report them within 48 hours of delivery (photos help). We will replace the item and cover all shipping costs.
